Okay, so, whoever owns wallwalker_rss @ lj - I know someone created it a long time ago when I went over to GJ, then switched it to here when GJ started crashing - could you please contact me? A comment here would be fine. This journal is more or less dead (I've been thinking of deleting it; I really only use it once a year anymore, and I can never remember to crosspost things) and if at all possible I'd like it pointed elsewhere. So I'd forgotten to post this until now!

In other fic-related stuff I've been thinking about doing, there are like three big bangs going on at roughly the same time, all of which I have some interest in. Not so much Mega Flare, I think, simply because I went ahead and signed up for FFEX and because the higher word count intimidates me a bit. Maybe another year. But there are two others going on that I still want to sign up for.

I've already talked about my idea for the kink Big Bang (which is an old original fic idea of mine and will probably not be sexually explicit, oddly enough) elsewhere at some length. I'm thinking about signing up for Hardmode (the VG fandom one) as well, except for one problem - I really don't have an idea. (Also it runs at exactly the same time. But considering that I've been consistently writing twenty thousand words a month in the past two months, I can probably manage it. Adding another 20K would be almost NaNoWriMo, and that's a bit much to do twice in one year...)

So, just in the interests of coming up with ideas and coming to a decision before the end of the month, here are a few that I could do if I were to sign up. Promotional trailer for Twenty Good Years - a show that I know nothing about, but that's not really the point here.

My boyfriend has been trying to find the title and artist of the song that starts around 1:41 for years. If I can manage to find it first, I'm going to surprise him with a copy of the CD that it's on (if I can find that) for his birthday.

We've tried Google lyric searches, YouTube, and various "help me find this song" sites and forums. He says he's tried e-mailing NBC, but got no response. I'm running out of ideas, so if anyone has anything that I might not have thought of, could you please help me out?
